XLRI – Xavier School of Management, formerly Xavier Labour Relations Institute, is a private business school run by the Society of Jesus (Jesuits) in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India. It is the oldest business school in India, founded in 1949, and offers postgraduate and doctoral programs in management, human resources, and general management.
