Unable to read details properly when i reach Quant in mocks

I am able to score consistent 90%tile plus in aimcats but once i reach quant section i start losing my reading focus missing key details and ultimately scoring low in quant , even though when i am reveiwing i am able to solve most questions from mock yet i fail to do so in test situation , what should i do ? My last mock score was 78 - 40 ,25, 14 , and my quant breakup was 5 correct 4 wrong (was able to solve 4-5 more in review without help)
