How to properly utilise Gejo?

Well, post seeing Gejo's Lectures, i was getting on an average between 35 to 41 in CL mocks in VARC, but these days, my reading speed has become slow, im not able to comprehend, maybe because i am trying to replicate gejo's process? idk, even when i was scoring 35 to 41, i didnt know what was the reason behind such score, but i am now frustated, i dont know what strategy works the best for me, my RC reading speed has also decreased because im trying to read and retain a lot. Any help?
