Hello everyone. I am 18m. I am currently studying in my 2nd year of B.Com in govt college, and I appeared for IPMAT for the first time in my 1st year, but I got an offer from IIMB BBA DBE, and I am doing that right now. My question is, should I wait for my B.Com final year to appear for CAT when my bba dbe 1st year is completed? I feel like doing three things will not do good for me.
PLEASE HELP ME OUT!!!

You can appear for CAT in your final year of your B.Com degree. It wouldn't be a problem. You can do the UG of IIMB (BBA DBE) while doing PG (MBA) too. Or, once you get into a good MBA college, you can exit IIMB (BBA DBE) too.
There are no wrong options here.
bhiaya if i attend cat in my final year like final year will end in april 6th sem in 2027, and i will attend 2027 cat while also doing iimb dbe then there will be no gap year right?? or b schools will consider this as a drop year after my bcom.
If your final year ends in April 2027, your CAT 2026 attempt becomes the first genuine attempt (where you would be qualified to join a college if you clear the exam).
