Regarding admission
2 months left for CAT and Im only able fatched 90%ile mark on my mocks for 3 times knowing that my past acdamics are not that good (6/7/6 - 10th/12th/grad) with 0 month of work ex what should be an ideal percentile for me get in to BLACKI colleges being for SC??????

But to ans ur Q, ofc u have a below avg academic profile, but by getting 90+ or even 95+ %ile will lift u up easily, so keep doing the same and try to get better so that u can compensate ur past marks with ur CAT score..

Focus on your controllable variables.
Can you change your past acads? No.
Can you change your work-ex? No.
What can you change?
Your CAT %ile, your GDPIWAT.
So, put all your focus on that. You have the safety-net for SC too.
Don't optimise for a specific percentile number. Aim at maximising your percentile. You don't need to know what number you need to get in order to practice and learn from all your mistakes in mocks!
Be consistent. Why are you not doing the Daily RCs on the platform (free)?
