Eligibility
Applicants must hold a Bachelor's Degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA from a university recognised in their country of residence, entailing a minimum of three years of education after 10+2. Applicants in their final year or awaiting results may also apply with 50% in completed exams, and must submit their degree by December 31, 2025. Work experience is not mandatory; graduates with no experience or up to five years may apply. Applicants must meet qualifying entrance test scores: CAT 2024 requires 85th percentile overall (75th percentile sectional in VARC, DILR, and QA); GMAT (Jan 2022–Dec 2024) requires 75th percentile overall (65th percentile sectional in Verbal and Quantitative); GMAT Focus Edition requires 75th percentile overall (65th percentile in each of Verbal, Quantitative, and Data Insights). Strong and consistent academic performance in 10th grade, 12th grade, and graduation is considered. International applicants (non-Indian citizens without Indian passport) are also eligible.

Shortlisting
Applicants are shortlisted based on their qualifying entrance test scores (CAT/GMAT) and profile, considering consistency of academic record, relevance of work experience for the chosen specialisation, and versatility and achievements.

Shortlisted applicants receive detailed information about the interview process. Selection involves two rounds of group interviews assessing intellectual and emotional readiness.

A composite score is computed based on applicant profile, academic record, entrance test scores, relevance of work experience (if any), and performance in the two rounds of group interviews. A final selection list is declared.
